At Rugby Central Mosque, our vision goes beyond prayer. We are building a hub of services that reflect the needs of our growing community:
Community Cohesion
For nearly 50 years, Rugby’s mosque has been a spiritual home. With over 4,000 Muslims today, we are expanding to offer inclusive worship, a madrassah, lectures, and family activities that build unity and faith.
Funeral Services
Honouring loved ones with dignity, we will provide ghusl facilities, janazah prayer halls, hearse services, and burial coordination. Our team will also support families emotionally and logistically during times of loss.
Nikah & Marriage Services
We will offer Islamic Nikah ceremonies, legal solemnisation, pre-marital counselling, and marriage workshops—comprehensive services designed to simplify the process and strengthen families in faith.
Youth Activities
From sports and creative workshops to Islamic study circles and volunteering, our youth programmes are designed to empower the next generation with faith, confidence, and leadership skills.
Zakat Services
We are establishing a transparent Zakat system with secure collection channels, clear guidance on calculation, and fair distribution locally in Rugby and through trusted global partners like Islamic Relief.
Hifz Programme
At Rugby Central Mosque, we believe Hifz is a sacred responsibility and lifelong blessing. Our programme nurtures learners of all ages with structured guidance and a supportive, faith-filled environment.

Since the 1970s, Rugby Mosque has been more than just a prayer space—it has been a cornerstone of faith, family, and community life. As our Muslim population continues to grow, we are committed to expanding our facilities to meet the spiritual, educational, and social needs of all.
